Yes you can collect your order from our warehouse based in Coventry, just order your flooring and our warehouse staff will have it ready for when you arrive.
When placing your order please let us know whether you would like an am or pm slot and also our drivers will give you a call 30 mins before to let you know that they are on there way.
Yes, please bring back to your local store in it’s original packaging for a full refund. However if we have cut something off a roll it will be subject to a 20% handling charge.
We currently only deliver on Monday-Friday however if you are desperate for a weekend delivery get in touch and we will see what we can do!
We stock in bulk every single one of our products so as long as it is ordered before 3pm we can process your order and get it delivered the next day.
Yes we promise to be always cheaper than our competitors! If you find the same products elsewhere we will match the price and also give you a voucher for future purchases!
No our Lvt flooring has the underlay allready attached and as this is designed perfectly in combination with the floor you do not need any extra underlay.
No it is not essential to use beading for our Lvt flooring as it is very stable and will not be affected by damp, heat of sunlight as laminate flooring can be.
Yes any polypropylene or polyester carpet is inherently bleach cleanable, please use a watered down solution and most stains will be gone for good!
No not at all! This underlay is like magic, simply place it anywhere underneath your rugs and it will stop it from moving instantly with no residue.
No not at all, all of our vinyl is r10 slip resistant meaning it has been rigourously tested and will provide non-slip even in wet circumstances
All of our vinyl is very thick compared to normal “cushionfloor” and has a thick felt backing which makes it more stable, warmer and more able to hide floor imperfections than cheaper imitations.
We can source most types of flooring so if you are after something that you can’t find on out site please get in touch and we will see if we can help you out.
We have very little overheads and so don’t need to make as much profit as your “local” store. Plus we don’t need to measure up your house or arrange carpet fitters so can afford to be a lot cheaper.
Measuring up can be quite tricky at times. If you are struggling please call us, we’re here to help and will be able to advise you.
